to be paid at office. |
| 1. |
Card must be presented at time of purchase. |
| 2. |
Not valid with any discount / promotion item. |
| 3. |
This is not a credit / payment discount card. |
| 4. |
Point will be accumulated within one year prior. |
| 5. |
The latest accumulation of points will be updated
three days after purchase. |
| 6. |

reserves the right to modify the terms & conditions
without prior notice. |

KHAS Membership Card Terms & Condition |
MEMBERSHIP
| 1. |
The KHAS Membership Card is open to all residents
of Malaysia aged 18 years and above. |
| 2. |
The KHAS card is not a change, credit, or discount card. |
| 3. |
The KHAS card is renewable at the annual membership fee of
RM 10.00. |
| 4. |
In the event that a card expires or is cancelled, all points
and rebates will be considered null and void. |
| 5. |
Members must present the KHAS Card to the cashier before every
transation to ensure that spending amount is recorded and accumulated.
Failure will mean that amounts spent will not taken into account
for rebates or point calculation. |
| 6. |
If a KHAS Card is stolen, lost, or damaged, a fee of RM 10.00
will be charged for replacement card. |
| 7. |
All correspondence and promotional information will be forwarded
to principal card member only. |
| 8. |
The KHAS Card is not transferable and is for the exclusive
use of the cardholder only. |
| 9. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to use
and utilize the database information for marketing purposes. |
| 10. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to decline
the issuance of or withdraw the KHAS Card at anytime or terminate
membership as and when necessary without notice. |
| 11. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to suspend
or terminate the programmed at any time it deems necessary.
In such a case, Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD deems appropriate. |
| 12. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to omit,
add or amend the Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD Terms and
Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended regardless
will always override the existing Koi Hai Seng Import Export
SDN BHD Terms and Conditions. |

REBATE REDEMPTION
| 1. |
Rebates will be issued upon minimum spending of
RM 300.00 at the Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD. |
| 2. |
Rebate amount entitlement in rebate letters is final and no
further correspondance will be entertained. |
| 3. |
Only principle card holders are eligible for the rebate redemption. |
| 4. |
Members are required to produce their KHAS Card, and IC or
passport upon redemption of gift vouchers. |
| 5. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse
the voucher's redemption for a valid reason or if suspicious
of fraudulent accumulation or wrong records. |

POINT REDEMPTION PROGRAMME
| 1. |
Every ringgit spent in Koi Hai Seng Import Export
SDN BHD will be converted to 1 point, minimum redemption point
is 300 points. 300 points is equal to RM 1.00 gift voucher. |
| 2. |
KHAS Card points earned are not exchangeable or redeemable
for cash or other items except those stated in the KHAS Card
points redemption programmed. |
| 3. |
KHAS Card points earned are non-transferable, sellable or
assignable to other persons. |
| 4. |
Only valid principle cardholders with sufficient points are
eligible for the gift redemption. |
| 5. |
Members are required to produce their KHAS Card, and IC or
passport upon redemption of gift vouchers. |
| 6. |
Upon KHAS's acceptance of the redemption order, it may not
be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged. |
| 7. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse
the redemption of any rewards or recall the redeemed item if
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD has any reason to suspect
that points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly
recorded. |
| 8. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to adjust
the point's tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or
replace items with items of an approximately equivalent value
without prior notice. |
| 9. |
Koi Hai Seng Import Export SDN BHD reserves the right to deduct
the balance of a member's points accumulation in the event that:
. any points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded.
. any points are recorded in error and.
. any points relate to a transaction which has been cancelled
or where a refund has been given. |
